Garage broke on a Wednesday. Milestone offered to be there on a Friday. Due to schedule conflicts we settled on the following Tuesday. Nicholas called 30 mins before arrival. He was on time and showed up with a smile. He assessed the situation and walked me through all the steps necessary to repair the door. Nicholas was very diligent in finding the real problem. He discovered that the real
Problem was not the switch but a circuit board problem. Nicholas made a trip to the warehouse to pick up a replacement. He installed the new board to ensure all was in perfect order. Great service!

He was very patient with me as I took time to make a decision and I expressed a wanted my garages door to operate properly. I made my decision and Kyle started and completed the work and assured me that my garage door would be working properly. Once completed, Kyle was again patient with me during a quick tutorial and now I'm happier with my new garage equipment and all is working well.
